Story
Some friends and I (most of which were great friends of Sam) are embarking on a life changing fitness journey! I’ve set them up with a bespoke program and they’re paying £30 per month with £10 of this going directly to Bowel Cancer UK. Not a one off event but a behavioural change where we all realise how lucky we are to have the opportunity to look after ourselves physically and mentally 👊🏼💪🏼Updates
