Hello to all my friends and family, 

I will be cycling 100miles from London to Southampton in memory of Sam Hughes, a great man, husband, father and the dearest family member that we lost far too soon at the age of 40.

We will all miss you. Our thought are with you Josie and Finley xxx

On the 6th November I will ride for this charity and a great cause 

This will be a big task as I just started cycling a year ago during lockdown and at 56 years of age will be my longest by far!

Please help me and my wobbly legs raise the much needed money for this research and help many other people that are suffering with this illness.
